The way it works
In order to be able to collect via Credit Cards you must obtain a Merchant Number from your bank. Once obtained, you simply notify us of the details and we take care of the rest.
Whether you are using an agency or yourselves to obtain the Credit Card data, Rapidata will liaise to ensure the smooth flow of data between all organisations.
Once the data is received at Rapidata, this will be transmitted for authorisation. A report will then be produced & sent to you notifying you of the cards that have been authorised or declined. At the end of the day, all Credit Cards sent for authorising will be polled and the money debited will be lodged into your bank account.
This is a cost effective way of collecting a quantity of Credit Cards without the hassle of transmitting the data individually.
