New Enhancements

Last night, Artez released several exciting new enhancements to all of the fundraising modules. The highlights of 2010’s first release include Address Verification and the ability to add page titles to the Fundraising and Team pages.

Add Titles to Fundraising Pages

Participants are now able to name their Individual and Team fundraising pages.
For example, this enhancement allows families to name their page 'The Jones Family Fundraising Page' rather than 'Sponsor Paula Jones'.  To enable this feature choose, Event Settings > General > Enable personalized page name.

Address Validation

Donors and participants can now search for their address using QAS Address Verification or AVS. AVS ensures cleaner, more accurate data and reduces the amount of time your database team require to import data from Artez into your CRM system. Clients must register for an account with QAS to use this feature. For more information, please visit www.qas.co.uk.

Scoreboard

You can now display up to 100 individuals / teams on the Fundraising Scoreboards. Page visitors can toggle the number of records on display by switching between ‘show more’ and ‘show less’.

Snapshot Report Process

In order to allow large files to be downloaded, we have changed the Snapshot process.  The Snapshot report will now download as a .zip file. The .zip file will be hosted on the Reports tab under ‘Snapshot’.

Now when a request to download the Snapshot is made, a link will appear on the reports tab for administrators to download the file. For very large files, this link may take as long as an hour to appear. The majority of reports will be available instantly.

When a Snapshot report is requested, the report name and link will be displayed for 72 hours. The link will become inactive within 24 hours if the report has been downloaded. If the report has not been downloaded within 72 hours, it will be de-activated.

Extended date range in event configuration

We have extended the date dropdown list for the event, location and wave date ranges to display up 10 years from the current year.

AddThis added to more modules

The AddThis Facebook/Twitter/Etc widget has been added to the Purchase and Donation modules.
